Paradise Island Villas presents a collection of 5 types of two storey villas, all with distinctive interior design, décor and size, depending on the number of guests accommodated. Each villa features a delightful garden and private pool with Jacuzzi and Jet.

Senior Villas – “Artemis & Hephaestus” (max 3 guests approx. 70 Sq.m.): The Artemis and Hephaestus villas have one bedroom (first floor) with one marble bathroom with bathtub with Jacuzzi and the flexibility to accommodate one extra person at the living room. The open plan kitchen and the spacious living room with working fire place and a sofa bed, provide a cosy and comfortable choice for couples. The private garden of 100m2 and the private pool with Jacuzzi, is the perfect place to relax.

Executive Villas – “Aphrodite & Ares” (max 4 guests approx.100 Sq.m.): The Aphrodite and Ares villas are two-storey villas with two bedrooms. On the first floor, the one Master double bedroom has en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub with Jacuzzi and offers sea view from the terrace and balcony of the room. The one twin bedroom is with separate bathroom with bathtub and also with its terrace and balcony. All rooms are individually decorated in warm or vibrant colours with selected textiles and unique pieces of furniture. On the ground floor the fully fitted kitchen, the dinning & living room with working fire place and one more bathroom with shower cabin, present a country chic and elegant decoration. The villas have their private garden and pool with Jacuzzi and outdoor dinning area. The villas are perfect for couples and families.

Paradise Villas – “Poseidon & Apollo” and Family Villas –

“Hermes & Demeter” (max 5-6 guests approx. 110 Sq.m.): All villas are individually decorated, presenting a focus in the details. The villas are two storey with the bedrooms one the first floor. Poseidon and Apollon Villas have two bedrooms but also have the flexibility of turning the living room area into a bedroom with 1 extra sofa bed and a bathroom. The one Master double bedroom has en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub with Jacuzzi and offers sea view from the terrace and balcony of the room. The room has the ability to accommodate one extra single bed. The one twin bedroom is with separate bathroom with bathtub and also with its terrace and balcony. The ground floor is extra spacious with an open plan kitchen and the spacious living room with working fire place and an extra bathroom with shower cabin. The decoration of the villas presents a modern, chic atmosphere. A large garden and a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi is provided in every Villa. The Apollon and Poseidon are suitable for larger families or group of friends.

The Hermes & Demeter Villas present the same characteristics as the Poseidon & Apollon Villas but they offer one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing one bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub a terrace and a balcony on the first floor. These two villas are ideal for smaller families.

Superior Villas – “Zeus, Athena, Hera & Hestia” (max 6-7 guests 125 Sq.m.): All villas have two bedrooms but also present the flexibility of turning the living room area into a bedroom with bathroom, with up to 2 single sofa beds for the Hera and Athena villas, or 1 double sofa bed for the Zeus and Hestia Villas. Elegancy and luxury are prevailed throughout the Villas. The villas are two storey with the bedrooms one the first floor. The Master double bedroom has en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub with Jacuzzi and offers sea view from the terrace and balcony of the room. The room has the ability to accommodate one extra single bed. The twin bedroom is with separate bathroom with bathtub and also with its terrace and balcony. The ground floor presents a unique architecture, offering the open plan kitchen, the dinning room and the living room with working fire at different height’s levels. The villas have been individually decorated, with fine textile and chic pieces of furniture.
